We will email you a pre-paid shipping label/placard and shipping instructions within one business day of completion of online transaction. Simply package your trade-in product, attach the label/placard and ship it to us. Most items are shipped using FedEx.
Once we receive your product, we inspect it to make sure it matches the condition you selected. - Buy Your New Sony Product and Fax in Your Proof of Purchase

We will email you shipping instructions within one business day of completion of online transaction. Simply package up your product and ship it to us. Sony will ensure environmentally responsible recycling of your old equipment, following EPA guidelines.
*NOTE: A recycling fee and shipping charges will apply. The recycling fee is waived when recycling notebook product and purchasing a new Sony VAIO notebook. |
